Leasing Professional – Pilot & Park

About the role

The Leasing Professional for the Pilot & Park community will lead all leasing activities, from prospect outreach to move‑in, ensuring high occupancy and resident satisfaction. This full‑time position supports the property’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet revenue and retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase apartment features.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Manage lease renewals and maintain ongoing resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute community promotion and leasing campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm with rotating weekend shifts.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple leasing transactions simultaneously.
