About the role
Parx at Everett is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewal initiatives to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
- Conduct all leasing activities for prospective residents, from tours to lease signing.
- Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
- Secure lease renewals and support resident retention efforts.
Required profile
- Proven experience in leasing or property management.
- Strong customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a high‑performing team.
