About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join our team at a stabilized community of 699 units in Glendale, California. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate community marketing initiatives and leasing strategies to meet occupancy targets.
• Conduct leasing tours, process applications, and manage lease sign‑offs for new residents.
• Provide ongoing resident support to ensure satisfaction throughout the lease term.
• Manage lease renewal processes and retain existing residents.
• Maintain compliance with affordable housing programs, income qualification, and annual recertifications.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of related experience, preferably in multifamily leasing.
• Familiarity with essential housing and affordable housing programs.
• Experience with income qualification, compliance documentation, and annual recertifications.
