About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a lease‑up community of 262 units. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
  • Process applications, lease agreements, and renewals in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the community and drive occupancy.
  • Maintain accurate leasing records and provide regular reports on occupancy and revenue performance.
  • Ensure weekend availability as required, typically 9 am – 6 pm.

Required profile

  • 1–2 years of leasing experience, preferably in a lease‑up or multifamily environment.
  • Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport with residents.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing business needs.

Required skills

  • Leasing and sales experience in multifamily housing.
  • Customer‑service skills.
