Leasing Professional – Mosaic Apartments

About the role

Join a leading global real estate platform as a Leasing Professional for Mosaic Apartments. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Monitor market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage prospect data.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing or related real‑estate experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to meet occupancy goals.
• Comfortable working a Friday‑to‑Tuesday schedule, 9 am‑6 pm.
