About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Maxwell at Bascom community. This full‑time position focuses on achieving high occupancy, revenue targets, and resident retention through proactive leasing and exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute community marketing and leasing strategies.
• Show units to prospective residents and guide them through the application process.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout lease terms and address concerns promptly.
• Secure lease renewals and manage renewal communications.
• Collaborate with property management to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in leasing or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to de‑escalate conflicts and resolve resident issues professionally.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
