Leasing Professional – Lease Up

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive leasing, marketing, and renewal activities for the Zenn Skyview community, ensuring high occupancy, revenue targets, and resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase apartment units.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments prior to occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready.
• Maintain resident satisfaction, address inquiries, and secure lease renewals.
• Collaborate with marketing efforts to promote the community and achieve occupancy goals.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospects.
• Experience or interest in property leasing, resident relations, and lease renewal processes.
• Attention to detail for application processing, background checks, and apartment inspections.
