Leasing Professional – Indigo 301

About the role

The Leasing Professional for the Indigo 301 community is responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through comprehensive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities. You will guide prospective residents from first contact through lease signing and ensure a smooth move‑in experience while maintaining high resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before resident move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance, and ensure units are move‑in ready.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Ability to perform all sales and leasing activities from prospect qualification to lease signing.
• Detail‑oriented approach to apartment inspections and move‑in coordination.
• Strong awareness of local market trends and competitor activity.
• Capability to design and implement effective marketing programs.
