About the role

The Leasing Professional for the Heights area will coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to drive occupancy, revenue and resident retention. You will manage all leasing activities, ensure resident satisfaction throughout the lease term, and work to secure lease renewals.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve community revenue and occupancy goals, including greeting and qualifying prospects.
  • Conduct community tours and show apartments to prospective residents.
  • Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks.
  • Prepare lease and move‑in packages and ensure a smooth resident move‑in and lease signing.
  • Inspect apartments prior to resident move‑in to confirm they are ready.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives and renewal strategies to support occupancy targets.
  • Provide ongoing resident support to maintain satisfaction throughout the lease term.
  • Secure lease renewals by engaging existing residents and presenting renewal options.
