Leasing Professional – Gossett on Church

About the role

The Leasing Professional will manage all aspects of marketing, leasing, and resident renewal for the Gossett on Church community. This role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals while delivering a high‑quality leasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing activities, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing via Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other platforms.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage resident data, and capture demographic information.
