About the role
The Leasing Professional will lead the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a downtown high‑rise property in San Antonio. This position is responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and show individual apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth signing and resident move‑in experience.
- Inspect apartments prior to occupancy to verify condition and readiness.
- Provide ongoing resident support and address inquiries to maintain satisfaction.
- Coordinate lease renewal activities and strategies to retain existing residents.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the community and achieve occupancy targets.
