Leasing Professional – Broadstone Centennial

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for the Broadstone Centennial community in Nashville. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets through proactive leasing activities and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for residents.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, and manage prospect data.

Required profile

• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekend shifts.
• Comfort with on‑site leasing activities and resident interaction.
• Proficiency in using property‑management software for leasing workflows.
