About the role
The Leasing Professional for the Blue Ridge community will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction by managing all aspects of the leasing process, from prospect outreach to move‑in. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the lease term.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartment units.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate resident move‑ins.
- Inspect units before occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready.
- Maintain accurate leasing records and update resident information in the property management system.
- Assist with lease renewals and work to retain existing residents.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple leasing activities simultaneously.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high service standards.
