Leasing Professional – Belmar Villas

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing, and renewal initiatives for Belmar Villas, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. This full‑time position focuses on delivering a seamless leasing experience from prospect outreach through move‑in and lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure accurate lease signing.
• Inspect units before resident move‑in to confirm they are ready and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate marketing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Provide ongoing resident satisfaction support throughout the lease term.

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospects.
• Detail‑oriented approach to application processing, background checks, and lease documentation.
