Leasing Professional – Amazon Falls

About the role

The Leasing Professional supports Greystar’s Amazon Falls community by driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to move‑in, and help retain residents through renewals and excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect building, virtual and in‑person apartment tours, and follow‑up communications.
• Ensure a smooth move‑in experience and respond to resident concerns promptly.
• Perform market research on comparable properties for marketing and advertising.
• Plan and execute community events.
• Utilize social media and internet platforms to market available units.
• Assist with lease renewals and resident satisfaction initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous sales and customer‑service experience is preferred; a positive, can‑do attitude is essential.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for legal documents and resident interactions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or OneSite (optional).
