Leasing Manager for Avana Overlook Community

About the role

The Leasing Manager will lead marketing, advertising and leasing activities for the Avana Overlook garden‑style community, ensuring revenue and occupancy targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising to generate qualified traffic.
• Set rent pricing, concessions and leasing incentives based on market analysis.
• Oversee on‑site leasing team, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents and manage move‑in procedures.
• Maintain “ready” apartments, conduct inspections and implement merchandising techniques to enhance salability.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure property appearance and safety standards.
• Produce regular sales and leasing reports using the company’s property management software.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing and community marketing.
• Strong understanding of local market conditions and competitor activity.
• Ability to lead a team and meet revenue and occupancy goals.
