About the role

The Leasing Consultant will be the front‑line representative for a Greystar‑managed residential community in Katy, Texas. You will drive occupancy and revenue by promoting available units, guiding prospects through the leasing journey, and supporting resident retention. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with property management to meet leasing targets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents, conducting tours and answering inquiries.
• Prepare and process lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Follow up with current residents on lease renewals and retention initiatives.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of unit availability, pricing, and community amenities.
• Collaborate with the property management team to address maintenance requests and resident concerns.
