Lead AI Generative Designer

About the role

Social Discovery Group is seeking a Lead AI Generative Designer to own and elevate the quality of AI‑generated visual content across its social entertainment platforms. You will drive the creation of realistic, high‑impact images of models, avatars and AI personas while building scalable production pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain visual standards for AI‑generated images, ensuring realism, consistency and business performance.
• Design, implement and optimise end‑to‑end generative AI pipelines using tools such as Nano Banana Pro, Flux, ComfyUI, WaveSpeed and ChatGPT.
• Automate large‑scale content production with batch workflows, n8n, APIs and custom scripts.
• Set technical direction for AI image generation, establish best practices and transition the team from ad‑hoc creation to reliable production.
• Research emerging AI models and tools, evaluate their business value and integrate solutions that improve speed, quality, scalability or cost.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience creating realistic AI‑generated visual content, especially people, models or avatars.
• Strong visual taste with deep understanding of anatomy, lighting, composition and artifact mitigation.
• Senior‑level ownership: ability to build processes, think systemically, work independently and make pragmatic decisions in a fast‑changing AI environment.

Required skills

• Generative AI image production (realistic personas, high‑volume visual content)
• ComfyUI, Flux (or similar ecosystems)
• Nano Banana Pro, WaveSpeed, ChatGPT
• Workflow automation with n8n, API integration, batch generation
• Basic scripting for automation (e.g., Python, Bash)
