About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Survey CADD Technician to transform survey data into accurate maps and drawings that support community‑building projects. The role blends office drafting with field data processing, requiring precision and collaboration with engineers and project managers.
Key responsibilities
- Produce preliminary and final survey maps and drawings using AutoCAD and MicroStation with high quality and clarity.
- Collaborate closely with surveyors, engineers, and project managers to ensure designs meet specifications and industry standards.
- Process field survey data, including note reductions, as‑built documentation, topographic mapping, and file management.
- Manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or higher; a BS/BA is preferred.
- 3–5 years of professional AutoCAD drafting experience.
- Proficiency with MicroStation.
- Organized, driven, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
