About the role
We are looking for a strategic, commercially‑driven sales leader to own and expand our national partnership with Lowe’s. The Key Account Director will drive long‑term growth across both in‑store and online channels while building the capabilities needed for future scale.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Lowe’s partnership to achieve sustained revenue growth across all retail touchpoints.
- Develop and execute product, channel, and marketing strategies that align with Lowe’s customer base.
- Build organizational capability, including talent development, coaching, and performance accountability.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and supply‑chain teams to introduce new product lines and features.
- Scale the sales organization to meet expanding business needs.
Required profile
- Proven senior leadership experience with deep expertise in Lowe’s or comparable large‑format retail environments.
- Broad commercial background covering sales, product, customer development, and channel leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to connect product strategy, channel execution, and customer engagement into scalable outcomes.
- Strong track record of coaching teams, developing talent, and building high‑performing sales organizations.
