About the role

Join a fast‑growing automotive specialist as a Junior Sales Development Representative. You will work in a luxury facility serving car enthusiasts, helping to build a high‑performance sales pipeline for premium services such as paint protection film, ceramic coatings, and custom vinyl wraps.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound outreach to prospective clients interested in maintenance, custom upgrades, and e‑commerce products.
• Lead discovery calls to identify client needs and match them with the shop’s specialized services.
• Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel, focusing on high closure‑rate targets.
• Engage with clients during peak after‑work hours and weekends to maximise conversion.
• Maintain organized records of all interactions and client data within the CRM.

Required profile

• Foundational automotive knowledge and an understanding of basic car maintenance and aftermarket modifications.
• Exceptional communication skills with a clear, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently as an independent contractor while collaborating with a small sales team.
