Junior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated junior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to support enterprise Customer Service solutions for the Department of Veterans Affairs. This fully remote, full‑time position offers an early‑career professional the chance to design, develop, and enhance Dynamics 365 applications while collaborating with architects, analysts, and government stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions, including plugins, workflows, business rules, forms, and entities.
• Configure Dynamics 365 modules to meet evolving business requirements and support continuous improvement.
• Develop integrations with enterprise systems using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Functions.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in unit testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployments while troubleshooting performance issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation following Microsoft best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service development experience.
• 5–7 years of overall IT experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to meet VA security and suitability requirements.
