Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

PAIGE is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join its growing team in Culver City. Reporting to the Senior Content Manager, you will collaborate with marketing, PR, social, sales, retail and merchandising teams to create graphic solutions that reinforce a strong, consistent brand voice across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts for digital and print assets such as lookbooks, line sheets, paid media, social media content, and sales/retail collateral.
• Create modern, compelling seasonal lookbooks and monthly press assets.
• Produce digital assets in multiple sizes for paid social platforms (Instagram, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
• Assist with photo editing and occasional video editing as needed.
• Support the team with various branded materials and ad‑hoc design requests.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong knowledge of current typography, layout, color and photography trends.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly.
• Comfortable working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and handling revisions.
• Well‑organized, able to multitask across multiple projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
