Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to support our product, packaging, and retail teams. You will translate concepts into visual assets across a variety of product lines, from food‑service packaging to wellness and fitness items.

Key responsibilities

• Design packaging graphics and CAD files for food‑service products, gloves, and retail wellness items.
• Clean, retouch, and prepare images for production.
• Incorporate feedback from management to ensure designs meet brand standards.
• Collaborate with the Design Director and leadership while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and handle five or more concurrent projects.
• Identify flaws in existing design processes and propose improvements.
• Maintain internal databases of design, photography, and video assets.
• Research and help merchandise new products for the retail wellness division.

Required profile

• Passionate graphic designer who can take ideas from concept to final deliverable.
• Curious and continuously learning about current design trends and best practices.
• Detail‑oriented, able to work with incomplete input and make strategic design decisions.
• Comfortable handling both innovative and detail‑driven creative projects.
