Java Full Stack Developer – Raleigh, NC

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Java Full Stack Developer to join its Digital Experience (DX) unit in Raleigh, NC. You will work on building and enhancing integrated, customer‑centric digital platforms that help enterprises transform their business models and improve agility.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and contribute to the elicitation process.
• Participate in software design discussions, capture design decisions and guide the technical team.
• Develop new features and enhance existing applications using Java, Spring Boot and React, ensuring system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain code repositories and implement test strategies.
• Create user training materials, documentation and support frameworks for smooth application roll‑out.
• Resolve production issues, perform root‑cause analysis and propose preventive measures.

Required profile

• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.
• Proactive attitude toward testing, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and integrating software components.
