IT Technician (Spanish Speaking) – 5‑Month Contract

About the role

We are looking for an IT Technician who is fluent in Spanish to provide onsite support for our field staff in the Salem/Portland region of Oregon. This 5‑month contract role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and mobile devices, as well as basic networking tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Perform break/fix tasks and equipment setup for laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and monitors.
• Support applications on cell phones and tablets used by field personnel.
• Install and configure access points and printers as required.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues, including Wi‑Fi, Ethernet, VPN, and basic network settings (IP, DNS, DHCP, gateways).
• Use ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or Freshservice to log and resolve incidents.
• Provide remote assistance through standard support tools.

Required profile

• Fluent Spanish speaking with strong communication skills.
• Experience in onsite IT support and hardware troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and VPN usage.
