IT Teaching Assistant

About the role

Campus is hiring dedicated, student‑centered IT Teaching Assistants to support live, online college courses. As a TA you will build meaningful relationships with students, help them stay engaged and on track throughout an 11‑week term, and gain valuable experience in online instruction.

Key responsibilities

• Support and grade assignments for 30‑40 students per course.
• Mentor and coach students as they develop technical skills.
• Attend lectures and lead discussion sections to reinforce key concepts.
• Host weekly office hours to deepen understanding and build community.
• Communicate regularly with students, responding to messages promptly.
• Help students stay motivated and develop strong academic habits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field.
• Experience teaching, tutoring, or training in technical subjects.
• Comfort using online education tools and platforms.
• Preferably pursuing a graduate degree or working in a technical/business role.
• Experience in IT support, cybersecurity, systems, or software is a plus.
• Willingness to TA future quarters or multiple sections.
