IT Support Associate II – Operations Technology Solutions

About the role

The IT Support Associate II joins Amazon Operations Technology Solutions (OTS) to provide on‑site technical assistance across multiple fulfillment facilities. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain IT equipment, and ensure smooth operations for internal customers.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handle support requests and follow procedures across the network.
• Assist in training new hires on technical processes.
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies.
• Support customers in multiple buildings and remote locations.
• Travel within the assigned geographic area to provide on‑site assistance.

Required profile

• Experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑service oriented environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 lb, stand or walk for shifts up to 12 hours, and perform frequent push, pull, squat, bend, and reach motions.
• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• At least 1 year of support experience with Windows, macOS, or Linux operating systems, or equivalent experience.
