IT Site Support Technician II

About the role

Moog is seeking an IT Site Support Technician II to join its Regional IT Site Support team in Salt Lake City, UT. The position is on‑site, first‑shift, and supports both local and remote sites on a 9/80 schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, research, and resolve routine IT issues for end‑users via written and verbal communication.
• Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and new technology training.
• Troubleshoot PC, network, printing, and application problems.
• Deploy and install PC equipment, accessories, and endpoint software.
• Support conference‑room technology and perform smart‑hands assistance for server and network issues.
• Escalate complex incidents, document progress in the ITSM tool, and collaborate with resolver teams.
• Travel within the assigned region to deliver on‑site support as needed.
• Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, requests, and resolutions.
• Participate in after‑hours emergency or critical maintenance when required.

Required profile

• Approximately 7 years of experience in an IT support role (or equivalent combination of experience and education).
• Industry certifications preferred: Windows 10/11, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, ITIL v4 Foundation, Dell Proven Professional.
• Experience with service‑desk software, remote‑access desktop programs, and configuring Windows‑based systems and applications.
