IT Program Manager – Digital Platforms

About the role

As an IT Program Manager at the International Rescue Committee, you will lead the delivery of digital platforms that support fundraising and supporter engagement for a global humanitarian organization.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of multiple concurrent MarTech initiatives, from scope definition to launch and post‑delivery review.
• Serve as Scrum Master, coaching teams on Agile principles, facilitating sprint ceremonies and removing blockers.
• Prepare clear status reports for stakeholders, manage budgets, vendor invoicing and cost estimation.
• Lead business analysis activities, define functional and technical requirements, coordinate testing and ensure alignment with product roadmaps.
• Maintain risk registers, develop mitigation plans and keep project leadership informed of potential issues.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in IT project or program management, preferably with e‑commerce, donation platforms or Marketing Technology.
• Proven ability to deliver multiple projects on time and within budget.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and project management tools such as Jira or Monday.com.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to interact with engineers and senior executives.
