As an IT Cinema Tier 2 Support Technician I, you’ll support the systems that power our theatres while also helping lead the IT side of exciting projects like new cinema openings, upgrades, and remodels.

Key responsibilities

• Support cinema technology by troubleshooting hardware and software issues and responding to technical incidents.
• Lead the IT scope of projects including theatre openings, remodels, and closures, ensuring timelines and standards are met.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on equipment installs, cabling, and system configurations.
• Monitor system performance, document updates, and ensure systems meet service level expectations.
• Collaborate across IT teams to improve processes, maintain infrastructure, and support ongoing operations.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience supporting IT infrastructure, hardware, and software in a technical environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical‑thinking skills, able to make decisions under pressure.
• Clear communication with technical and non‑technical partners.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to changing project needs.
