International Tax Specialist

About the role

We are launching a new US office in Midtown Manhattan and are looking for an International Tax Specialist to join our growing team. You will work on genuine cross‑border tax matters for high‑net‑worth US and UK private clients, foreign trusts, funds and partnership reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advisory tax services on international structures, foreign trusts and cross‑border planning.
• Prepare and review fund and partnership tax reporting for global clients.
• Collaborate with the established international team to develop and implement tax strategies.
• Maintain high quality, billable work while managing reasonable hours (40‑50 hrs per week).

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in tax, with solid exposure to international tax matters.
• Experience serving US and UK private clients with global assets.
• Ability to work independently in a start‑up environment and take ownership of client engagements.
