Instructional Coach

About the role

Brookfield International Schools is seeking an Instructional Coach and Learning.First Coordinator to support teachers and students from Pre‑1st through 8th grade. The role focuses on improving instructional quality, driving academic achievement, and leading the Learning.First framework across the school.

Key responsibilities

• Provide instructional coaching and professional development to enhance teaching practices and student learning.
• Use data from MAP assessments and learning visits to inform strategies, interventions, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with teachers to design and implement effective instructional strategies, accommodations, and resources.
• Lead curriculum review, ensure alignment with standards, and champion academic rigor.
• Support the school’s accreditation process, admissions, and the International Learning Opportunities program.
• Drive the implementation of the Learning.First framework, EdTech tools, and the Futures Framework.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in elementary education, special education, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of classroom teaching experience, preferably in a private‑school setting.
• Experience in instructional coaching, learning leadership, and designing professional development.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with elementary and middle‑school students and families.

What we offer

• Salary range of $60,000 – $70,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
