About the role

The Institutional Services Assistant provides essential support to the OPS | NUTRI Production Team at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. This temporary, fixed‑term position is designed for current University of Arkansas System employees or students who can contribute to day‑to‑day institutional operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Institutional Services team with routine operational tasks.
• Assist in coordinating services and resources across the department.
• Help maintain a smooth workflow for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Current employee or eligible student of the University of Arkansas System.
• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States.
• Availability to start on the designated date and complete the fixed‑term assignment.
