Information Security – Multiple Levels

About the role

In this position you will own information‑security responsibilities within the Salesforce Government Cloud division, operating with minimal guidance and driving innovation, automation and compliance. The role requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to meet federal screening standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead initiatives across stakeholder groups to create synergies and reduce compliance risk.
• Support change‑management activities with federal authorization bodies.
• Manage security pillars such as continuous monitoring, advisory, incident response, AI adoption and security documentation.
• Consult business and security stakeholders on security requirements and their applicability.
• Build and maintain relationships with legal, audit, engineering and other internal teams.
• Design and implement automated processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Communicate accreditation positions and programs to relevant business units.

Required profile

• U.S. citizen (born or naturalized) without dual citizenship.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in information security, cybersecurity or accreditation (8 years for senior‑level).
• Experience working with Government Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven ability to translate between business and technical audiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for multiple management levels.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP and DoD SRG security frameworks.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies and work in an agile, ambiguous environment.
