Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Director of Social Media & Influencer, the Influencer Marketing Manager will lead and scale Moroccanoil’s influencer programs. The role drives brand awareness, engagement, and revenue through strategic campaigns, product launches, and ongoing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ambassador and influencer programs across campaigns and always‑on initiatives.
• Manage and mentor the Influencer Coordinator, providing guidance and prioritization.
• Partner cross‑functionally with PR, retail, marketing, paid media, and social teams to support influencer needs.
• Attend events to host partners and strengthen influencer community relationships.
• Oversee multiple campaigns and timelines, ensuring timely delivery.
• Develop and evolve the ambassador roster of macro, mid‑tier, and micro influencers.
• Source, vet, and manage relationships with creators, building a diverse talent network.
• Create strategic influencer briefs and review content deliverables for brand alignment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in influencer marketing and campaign management.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
