About the role

The Industry Specialist will focus on the medical‑device engineering vertical, helping prospects solve complex engineering challenges through Kelly’s suite of outcome‑based solutions and traditional staffing services. This full‑time position blends consultative selling with strategic relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Target and engage engineering leaders in the medical‑device sector to understand growth needs.
• Present and sell statementworX SOW solutions, contract, temp‑to‑hire, and direct‑hire services.
• Leverage industry research and technology insights to create value for engineering functions.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with executives, directors, and managers.
• Collaborate with specialized engineering recruiters to deliver comprehensive workforce solutions.
• Maintain high standards of activity, teamwork, and results delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).
• Minimum 2 + years of B2B sales experience in engineering services.
• Consultative, solutions‑oriented sales approach.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with technical stakeholders.
• Passion for solving engineering challenges and connecting talent with careers.
