Industrial Engineer IV

About the role

Join an internal consulting team that works directly with Applied Global Services executive leadership. You will lead strategic transformation projects that improve productivity, drive operational excellence, streamline processes and embed continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Structure and break down complex business problems, develop hypotheses and deliver data‑driven recommendations.
• Lead rigorous analysis of large data sets, synthesize insights and present high‑quality recommendations to executives.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather information, co‑create deliverables and accelerate execution.
• Optimize operations and business processes to achieve measurable gains in performance, cycle‑time reduction and cost savings.
• Apply program‑management discipline to keep initiatives within scope, schedule and impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry or consulting.
• Strong analytical ability with expertise in data‑analytics tools and the capacity to extract insight from multiple sources.
• Proven experience working across engineering, operations, marketing and finance teams in a matrix environment.
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge with Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
