Implementation Manager

About the role

Implementation Manager at Odyssey, a remote position focused on deploying state‑run Education Savings Account programs. You will work directly with state agencies from kickoff through go‑live, ensuring the platform delivers value and meets compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects for ESA and school choice programs.
• Collaborate with state partners, product teams, and vendors to translate policy into functional systems.
• Manage deployment timelines, monitor go‑live performance, and address issues promptly.
• Ensure transparent reporting of outcomes and drive continued partnership with customers.
• Support families at scale by overseeing secure fund flows and fraud prevention mechanisms.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ownership of implementation outcomes and ability to work autonomously.
• Experience navigating complex public‑sector programs and stakeholder environments.
• Strong communication skills to embed with customers and guide them through deployment.
• Comfort with fast‑paced, ambiguous environments where flexibility is essential.
