HVAC Specialist – Water Source & Geothermal Heat Pumps

About the role

Bosch is looking for an experienced HVAC Specialist to provide phone and email technical support for residential and commercial water‑source heat pump, geothermal, and air‑conditioning systems. You will assist contractors, dealers, engineers, architects, and homeowners, delivering accurate solutions and guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting and application support via phone and email to external customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Quality, Warranty, and Returns teams to resolve technical issues.
• Review technical materials for new product introductions and create documentation and training videos.
• Represent Bosch in complaint resolution and technical investigations, delivering root‑cause analysis.
• Maintain electronic records of customer interactions and manage departmental email communications.
• Perform on‑site field troubleshooting, including occasional domestic and international travel.
• Share expertise with peers and support their technical development.
• Provide after‑hours support during critical rollouts or escalations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on HVAC technical support experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent; certifications such as NATE or EPA are a plus.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems in residential and commercial environments.
