HR Operations Coordinator

About the role

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will support the HR Business Partner and site leadership on all HR matters. The HR Coordinator is a key member of the management team, ensuring administrative, financial, and operational aspects run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Partner in managing administration for the employee life cycle, including onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Address employee‑relation concerns such as payroll, attendance, and performance issues.
• Administer and reconcile timecard and payroll functions for the site.
• Conduct hiring and exit interviews and support new‑hire orientation.
• Communicate HR policies, procedures, and process changes to team members and managers.
• Facilitate training for distribution‑center staff and coordinate recognition, milestone, and reward programs.
• Maintain employment data in the HRIS and electronic filing systems.
• Identify and implement process improvements, creating reports and analyzing data.

Required profile

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant HR experience.
• HRIS and payroll proficiency preferred.
• Comfortable seeking input, actively listening, and brainstorming solutions.
• Adaptable to a fast‑paced, evolving environment and willing to assist across site operations.

• Base pay with a salary range of $51,800 – $75,900 per year.
