About the role

Join HearUSA’s network of independent hearing care professionals in Punta Gorda, FL. You will provide comprehensive hearing evaluations, select and fit hearing aids, and deliver personalized care that creates a lasting impact on clients’ lives.

Key responsibilities

• Perform full hearing assessments, recommend and fit hearing aids following HearUSA’s service model.
• Demonstrate hearing aid performance during annual evaluations to create a “wow” experience.
• Interpret test results and client needs to deliver tailored recommendations.
• Conduct routine follow‑ups, cleaning, checks, and repairs of hearing aids.
• Take ear impressions, modify earmolds, and recommend ALD accessories.
• Maintain HIPAA‑compliant documentation and adhere to state licensing, FDA, and HearUSA quality guidelines.
• Participate in community outreach and physician marketing initiatives each quarter.
• Collaborate with district managers and team leads to drive revenue growth and professional development.

Required profile

• Active state license in Audiology and/or hearing‑aid dispensing.
• 1–5 years of experience in an audiology or hearing‑aid specialist role (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Effective written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
