Healthcare Data Analyst (Remote)

About the role

Comagine Health is seeking a remote Healthcare Data Analyst to turn complex healthcare data into actionable insights that drive quality improvement across the nation. You will work within multidisciplinary teams, creating reports, dashboards and visualizations that support decision‑making for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean and analyze data from multiple healthcare sources to generate insights.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports that clearly communicate findings.
• Collaborate with project teams to align analytic deliverables with client and business needs.
• Ensure data governance, integrity and quality standards are upheld across all projects.
• Support the design of data collection processes and quality‑assurance protocols.
• Present complex data insights to internal teams and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Public Health, Statistics, Healthcare Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or research.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving and ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and able to manage priorities in a fully remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data visualization software.
• Experience using virtual collaboration tools.
