Head of Marketing (Tech & Developer Focus)

About the role

Langfuse, the open‑source LLM engineering platform now part of ClickHouse, is looking for a hands‑on Head of Marketing. You will shape the global marketing strategy, lead a small high‑talent team, and turn the current founder‑led motion into a full‑fledged marketing ecosystem focused on product and developer audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute Langfuse’s global marketing strategy, centering on product marketing and developer content.
• Manage and develop the marketing team, including product marketing engineering, developer advocacy, and content resources.
• Define the operating model between Langfuse and ClickHouse shared teams and set measurement frameworks.
• Build comprehensive plans for positioning, launches, website narrative, customer proof, lifecycle, funnel, sales collateral, campaigns, and events.
• Partner with ClickHouse demand generation and field marketing to deliver systematic enterprise marketing programs.
• Create and maintain the canonical sales narrative and enablement system for ClickHouse sales teams.

Required profile

• Proven leadership in product, developer, or growth marketing for technical SaaS products.
• Experience marketing to developers, AI, data, or infrastructure teams.
• Exceptional writing ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear messaging.
• Strong understanding of product‑led growth, open‑source funnels, and enterprise demand generation.
• Ability to manage a small, high‑performing team while remaining hands‑on where senior judgment is needed.
• Track record of creating technical content such as blogs, talks, demos, or open‑source examples.
