Head of Global Tech Hub Delivery in the US

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to head the Global Tech Hub Delivery for our US operations. Based in the Quincy‑Boston office, you will drive the end‑to‑end delivery of IT services and projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and optimise the delivery of IT services and large‑scale projects across the US entity.
• Act as the single point of contact for the Global Tech Hub, managing demand end‑to‑end.
• Oversee onboarding of the entity into the Global Tech Hub structure.
• Ensure service delivery quality, customer satisfaction and alignment with financial goals.
• Serve as escalation point and accountable for the overall service performance.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in technology delivery within a global or financial services environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to align technology initiatives with business strategy.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and large‑scale digital transformation programmes.
