Head of Finance / Controller

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Finance / Controller to lead our finance and accounting function and partner closely with the CEO and leadership team as we enter the next phase of growth. This heritage women’s lifestyle brand is building a more data‑driven organization while maintaining disciplined, profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting, FP&A, logistics and systems functions.
• Prepare and present monthly and annual financial statements.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and develop robust financial models for forecasting.
• Monitor performance against budget and forecast, delivering KPI‑driven insights.
• Manage cash flow planning, liquidity, payroll, tax filings and credit facilities.
• Coordinate year‑end audits and tax filings with external auditors.
• Ensure strong internal controls and financial discipline across the organization.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, execution‑oriented leader comfortable with both strategic and detailed work.
• Proven experience building structure in scaling environments.
• Strong cross‑functional partnership skills.
• Track record of driving clarity and performance.
• CPA certification strongly preferred.
