Head of Autonomous Driving Technology & AI Development

About the role

As the Head of Autonomous Driving Technology & AI Development for Bosch in North America, you will define and execute the ADAS technology roadmap, lead a high‑performing engineering team and build the global AI development ecosystem that delivers L2+ and L3 autonomous driving solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the North American ADAS technology strategy aligned with Bosch’s global vision.
• Drive innovation by evaluating new algorithms, hardware and AI concepts for ADAS.
• Lead, mentor and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team, handling resource planning and talent acquisition.
• Collaborate with global ADAS, product management and research teams to ensure cross‑regional alignment.
• Own the end‑to‑end data lifecycle for ML‑based ADAS, from acquisition and processing to model training, testing, validation and deployment.
• Integrate AI models into the broader ADAS software architecture and champion modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, Agile, Domain‑Driven and Data‑Driven Design).
• Monitor emerging AI/ML trends and adapt the platform accordingly.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in ADAS or autonomous‑driving technology development.
• Strong background in AI/ML applied to automotive systems.
• Track record of building and managing high‑performing engineering teams.
• Experience working in a global, multi‑project environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Driver‑Assistance Systems (ADAS) technology, L2+ and L3.
• Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for perception and decision‑making.
• Data acquisition, processing, model training, testing and deployment pipelines.
• CI/CD, Agile methodologies, Domain‑Driven Design, Data‑Driven Design.
• Software integration and DevOps practices.
