GTM Strategy & Operations - AMER Enterprise Tech

About the role

Anthropic is seeking a GTM Strategy & Operations Business Partner to support the AMER Enterprise Tech organization. You will work closely with sales leadership, providing strategic analysis, operational efficiency, and growth initiatives for one of the company’s largest commercial segments.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales leaders to refine segment strategy, including territory planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
• Maintain business reviews and operating cadences to drive revenue targets and strategic objectives.
• Analyze sales performance metrics using SQL, R, or Python, and translate data into actionable insights.
• Leverage Anthropic’s Claude model to enhance decision‑support processes.
• Create and maintain reporting mechanisms, dashboards, and ad‑hoc analyses in spreadsheets and BI tools.
• Develop use‑case frameworks that standardize how customers derive value from Anthropic’s solutions.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies for enterprise technology.
• Ability to communicate complex insights to both individual contributors and executives.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Experience partnering with sales leadership on strategic planning and operational execution.

Required skills

• SQL, R, or Python for data querying, modeling, and visualization.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and business intelligence (BI) tools for dashboard creation.
• Experience using Anthropic’s Claude AI model.
• Ability to build and maintain reporting mechanisms and ad‑hoc analyses.
