Groundskeeper – Maintain Beautiful Apartment Communities

About the role

We have a fantastic Groundskeeper opportunity available at Weinstein Properties. You will help keep our apartment communities clean, beautiful, and welcoming for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up trash, clean pet waste stations, and remove litter daily.
• Operate equipment such as backpack blowers, power washers, and golf carts/trailers.
• Perform light painting, housekeeping tasks, planting, weeding, and general outdoor maintenance.
• Assist the maintenance team with various tasks and support leasing staff as needed.

Required profile

• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Self‑starter who works well independently and takes initiative.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Team player with a positive attitude and pride in work.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new skills.

Required skills

• Operation of backpack blowers.
• Operation of power washers.
• Operation of golf carts or trailers.
• Use of hand tools for landscaping and maintenance.

What we offer

• Competitive hourly wage starting at $16.50 per hour.
• Quarterly bonuses and a $1,000 stay‑on bonus after 90 days in good standing.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm.
