Groundskeeper for The Waterview Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the physical appearance and functionality of The Waterview community. The role ensures grounds, amenities, and curb appeal meet Greystar standards while supporting the service team.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the property throughout the day to remove litter, debris, pet waste and keep common areas tidy.
• Clear trash from vacant units, transport it to dumpsters, and maintain storage areas.
• Perform minor service requests and assist make‑ready specialists during unit turnovers.
• Change locks per policy and verify pool gate operation complies with safety codes.
• Distribute resident notices and communicate important information.
• Report hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer resident questions, and address maintenance complaints.
• Participate in safety meetings, complete OSHA training, and report accidents accurately.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and be on‑call as needed.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to assist other properties or attend training.
